ABOUT THE FESTIVAL CHOIR
Sacred Heart Festival Choir was first formed in 2005 by then Pastor Peter Blake to provide music for the solemn feasts of Christmas, Holy Week and Easter. The choir rehearses on Sunday evenings starting about 8 weeks prior those events for two hours weekly.
Membership is open to anyone in the parish of high school age or higher. Rehearsals take place in the music room of the Parish Annex or in the choir loft in the church. Each season the choir includes anywhere from 24 to 32 voices. There is no audition to join the choir. |

OTHER CHORAL ENSEMBLES
NINE AM CHOIR
Several choir members sing each Sunday morning at the 9 AM Mass. We provide the music for the Mass from the choir loft. There are no rehearsals and no audition for this ensemble. FUNERAL CHOIR Singers available to sing for funerals make up this ensemble. There is no audition or rehearsal for this choir. Most sing in the other choirs, but it is not required. |
